The former Juventus and Barcelona goalkeeper will continue his career at Arsenal
This summer, Arsenal has been forced to search for a new backup goalkeeper for their primary choice, David Raya, as Aaron Ramsdale is set to move to Southampton.
Arsenal initially prioritized signing young Espanyol goalkeeper Joan García, but the club decided against the transfer due to the high asking price of €30 million set by the Spanish side.
However, according to Sky Sports, the Gunners have found an alternative to Joan García. Arsenal has agreed on a deal with Bournemouth's first-choice goalkeeper, Neto.
The agreement is for a one-year loan without a purchase option.
Bournemouth is willing to let Neto go as they have already secured the loan of Chelsea's goalkeeper, Kepa Arrizabalaga, earlier this summer.
For reference, before joining Bournemouth, Neto played for Barcelona, Juventus, Fiorentina, and Valencia.
