The curse is broken. Tottenham win their first trophy in 6,296 days!

Today, Tottenham edged out Manchester United 1-0 in the Europa League final, effectively breaking the club's long-standing curse.
Details: This trophy is Tottenham's first in 17 years. In total, the Spurs' title drought lasted an astonishing 6,296 days.
Prior to this, Tottenham's last piece of silverware was the English League Cup, back in the distant 2007/08 season.
In their history, this is only the third time Tottenham have won a European trophy. Previously, they triumphed in the UEFA Cup in the 1971/72 and 1983/84 seasons.
Reminder: Manchester United came close to leveling the score during the match, but Ange Postecoglou's side was miraculously saved by centre-back Micky van de Ven, who pulled off an incredible goal-line clearance in the Europa League final.
