The choice is made! Elliot Anderson accepts Manchester City offer
Manchester City continues to assert its dominance in the transfer market.
Details: According to journalist and insider Graeme Bailey on his X social media page, 23-year-old Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson has accepted Manchester City's offer and will join the Citizens this coming summer.
Bailey claims his sources speak of Anderson's move to City as a done deal, suggesting that a verbal agreement has indeed been reached.
"To be honest, for several weeks now I've been hearing from various sources that Anderson's move to Manchester City is already a done deal," Bailey told TEAMtalk exclusively.
Previously, it was reported that Manchester United were also in the race for Anderson, but it seems the Red Devils have lost out to Manchester City in the transfer battle.
This season, Elliot Anderson has played 37 matches for Nottingham Forest, scoring 2 goals and providing 3 assists. His current contract with the club runs until 2029, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at 60 million euros.
