The CEO of the Saudi Pro League comments on Salah’s potential transfer

Mohamed Salah’s future at Liverpool remains uncertain, and discussions have begun about a possible move to Saudi Arabia. Now representatives of the Pro League have addressed the situation.

Details: Saudi Pro League CEO Omar Mugharbel commented on the speculation surrounding Salah’s potential move during WFS.

Quote: “Mohamed Salah is a desired player in the Saudi League, but it’s the clubs who are responsible for negotiating with players. Without a doubt, Salah is one of them,” he said.

We also previously reported that after Wednesday’s training session on 19 December and their personal conversation, Mohamed Salah did not apologise to Arne Slot.

As previously reported, Mohamed Salah is unlikely to feature in Liverpool’s next match, scheduled for Saturday, 13 December.

Reminder: Worth noting, Liverpool defeated Inter, marking their first away victory in the UEFA Champions League without their Egyptian winger since 2009.
