Arsenal forward Gabriel Jesus is enduring a challenging season in his career.

The former Manchester City striker has not exactly shone in terms of goal-scoring efficiency this campaign. In fact, the Brazilian has the lowest conversion rate among all Premier League forwards who have had more than 50 shots on goal this season. Jesus has managed to convert just 7.7% of his total shots into goals.

The 27-year-old Brazilian moved to London from Manchester City in July 2022 for a fee slightly exceeding 50 million euros. However, this transfer has not proven successful for the Gunners, despite the forward's hard work.

Since then, Gabriel has played 63 matches for the red and white team, scoring 19 goals. In the 2023/24 season, Jesus has netted only eight times in 30 appearances across all competitions.

Following yesterday's disappointment against Aston Villa, Arsenal conceded the top spot in the Premier League to Manchester City. Pep Guardiola's team now leads by two points with six rounds remaining in the championship.
