Ten Hag's usual failure. All goals and highlights of the match Brighton vs Man United 2:1

After a hard-fought victory over Fulham in the first round, Manchester United traveled to Brighton. It’s worth noting that United have struggled against this opponent recently, with four losses in their last five Premier League matches.

Today’s match was no exception. Although Amad Diallo responded with a goal after Welbeck’s opener, there wasn’t enough time for Ten Hag’s side to come back after João Pedro’s goal in stoppage time.

After the match, the Dutch coach lamented his players’ lack of composure but also highlighted the team's great potential. Despite his disappointment with the result, he promised that the team would be stronger in their next match. Interestingly, Manchester United will face Liverpool at home in their next game, while Liverpool has yet to play their second-round match.
