Antonio has no plans to call time on his career.

Details: According to the BBC, 35-year-old forward Michail Antonio is in talks with Championship side Charlton Athletic and could soon be back on the pitch.

Earlier reports suggested Antonio had been training with Leicester and even planned to sign with them, but the two parties failed to reach an agreement.

Antonio last played in December 2024, coincidentally against Leicester. Shortly after, he was involved in a car accident and has been recovering from his injuries ever since, occasionally training with West Ham’s youth team.

Antonio joined West Ham in 2015 from Nottingham Forest for €9.5 million. Over his career with the Hammers, he made 323 appearances, scored 83 goals and provided 43 assists.
