South Africa coach Hugo Broos boldly say Bafana Bafana are aiming for a win against South Korea

Hugo Broos' confidence knows no bounds.

And now the Bafana Bafana coach is aiming for victory against South Korea.

The Belgian's confidence is sky high after Bafana drew 1-1 against Czechia in last night Group A match at Atlanta's Mercedes Benz Stadium.

Teboho Mokoena scored for For Bafana after the Czechia drew first blood earlier in the game.

Broos had misgivings on the pitch in Atlanta though.

"I think the public chose the best football team on the pitch,” he added.

“The Czechia team is very powerful and they are very tall also – they just kick the ball to the front and hope that someone of 1.95m has the ball and pushes it back.

“It’s very good, we don’t have to count on someone else. We just have to win the game against South Korea, which will be very difficult,” he added.

The game against South Korea plays next Thursday.
