Slot comments on search for Alexander-Arnold replacement

Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold will soon leave Anfield, and now the Reds need to find his replacement. The team's head coach, Arne Slot, has weighed in on the matter.

Details: The Dutchman stated that Trent's departure shouldn't be seen as something negative, suggesting that the club could look to the transfer market and not just rely on internal resources.

Quote: "It also brings a bit of new energy, because we have to find... I am not going to change everything, but it's completely different to use Trent than to use Conor Bradley, or Joe Gomez, or Curtis Jones.

For me, it also brings energy, it always brings energy when new players arrive or when you've just joined a new club, so last season they were all new to me. It doesn't always lead to something negative, let's put it that way," Slot said.
