Sinoxolo Kwayiba will be the man Richards Bay FC will be looking at marking out of tonight's Betway Premiership clash at Buffalo City Stadium

Sinoxolo Kwayiba is going to be a marked man this evening when Chippa United faces Richards Bay FC in a Betway Premiership match.

Kwayiba has been in scintillating form since his return to Eastern Cape, last month, from Soweto.

The lanky striker left Chippa for Orlando Pirates at the start of the current campaign but the lack of game time and goals saw him leave Pirates for a return to his former club.

His return has been an impressive one.

Upon returning to the Vusumuzi Vilakazi side, Kwayiba found Chippa at the bottom of the PSL standings but his form saw the Chilli Boys move away from the relegation quagmire.

They are now on the 13th spot.

When they beat Durban City 2-0 at home, it was Kwayiba who scored both goals.

His coach, Vilakazi said it was his intimate phone call with the player which convinced Kwayiba to return to Chippa.

Vilakazi said he told the former Bafana Bafana striker that it will be his impressive displays for Chippa which would see him fight for a place in the national team.

And as they face the Natal Rich Boys at the Buffalo City Stadium this evening, Kwayiba will be aiming to get on the score-sheet to see Chippa climb up the table.

The game starts at 8.15pm.
