SHOCK! Reports reveal Orlando Pirates rejected Zamalek SC bid to sign coach Abdeslam Ouaddou to Egypt

Reports in Egypt say Zamalek SC are interested Orlando Pirates coach Abdeslam Ouaddou.

The Egyptian giants are said to have made an offer already but it was rejected by the Pirates hierarchy.

Ouaddou is in Spain with Pirates for their pre-season tour and has been impressive in his first season with the Sea Robbers as he won a treble of trophies with the club.

The Frenchman won the MTN8, Carling Cup and the Betway Premiership in his maiden season with Pirates and that's what makes the White Knights seek his leadership.

Initial reports said Zamalek were keen on South African born coach Fadlu Davids but they have now set their sights on Ouaddou.

It remains to be seen if Pirates will hold on to their coach who almost resigned at the start of the previous campaign.
