Scouts from Man City were observing Samuele Ricci in the Torino vs Inter match

Manchester City scouts have targeted Samuele Ricci, and Torino's director Davide Vagnati acknowledges that the Italian international "can fit into any team under any coach."

Details: Ricci started for Torino, and according to reports from Football Italia, Manchester City representatives specifically purchased tickets to watch him live. Ricci is being considered as a potential replacement for Rodri, who is out for the rest of the season due to a serious knee injury.

Quote: When Vagnati was interviewed by Sky Sport Italia before the match against Inter, he was asked about Manchester City's interest in Ricci. He responded: "I won't comment on Manchester City's interest. What I can say is that we signed Ricci when he was very young, and it was a significant investment. The president and I believed in him and invested a lot of money. He has made great physical improvements, he always had excellent vision, and I am confident he can play for any team under any coach."

Additionally: It is estimated that if Manchester City decides to buy Ricci, his price could be around 40–50 million euros. The player recently turned 23, and he has already played four matches for the Italian national team. He joined Torino in 2022 for 9.5 million euros plus bonuses and 10% of a future sale.
