Scandal. Wolfsburg forward Behrens refused to sign the rainbow shirt, calling it “gay bullsh**t”

Wolfsburg forward Kevin Behrens has found himself at the center of a major reputational scandal.
Details: According to The Sun, during a club autograph session, the striker repeatedly refused to sign a fan's rainbow-colored shirt, which promotes the LGBTQ+ movement.
After declining to sign the shirt, Behrens reportedly made a comment to the fan, referring to the shirt as “gay crap.”
In response to the incident, the club quickly condemned the player's actions. Wolfsburg stated that Behrens' remarks do not align with the club's values, which emphasize diversity and tolerance.
Behrens has since issued a public apology for his behavior.
Quote: “My comment was completely inappropriate. I would like to apologize for my words. This matter has been thoroughly discussed within the club. I ask for your understanding that I do not wish to comment further,” Behrens stated.
