Bayern Munich’s head coach, Vincent Kompany, has introduced several new internal rules for the team.

Details: For instance, players who arrive late to training no longer pay a fine; instead, they are required to stay on the training pitch for as long as the coach. Typically, players leave around 1:00 p.m. after the morning session, but Kompany stays until at least 4:00 p.m. This rule has been well-received by the club's management.

If a player is late for a video analysis session, they are not allowed to attend. You either arrive on time, or the session proceeds without you.

Additionally, Kompany will now send the match squad list through Bayern’s internal WhatsApp group but will not reveal the starting lineup. If a decision is difficult, he discusses it with the player in advance. For example, before the third Bundesliga match against Holstein, Kompany spoke with Leon Goretzka, informing him that he would not be included in the squad.

Reminder: Bayern is determined to keep one of their key players, Jamal Musiala, from moving to another club. To ensure this, they are prepared to make him the highest-paid player on the team.
