Salah dazzles in stunning suit at FWA Footballer of the Year award ceremony
Liverpool star Mohamed Salah made a striking appearance in a luxurious suit at the FWA Footballer of the Year ceremony, where he collected his well-deserved award. The Egyptian was named Footballer of the Year in England by the Football Writers' Association.
Salah, dressed to the nines in a stylish dark blue suit, crisp white shirt, and bow tie, attended the awards gala held last night at The Landmark hotel in Marylebone.
"It means a lot to win this award. I hope I can be here again next season. I want to win the Premier League one more time and the Champions League again," Mohamed said during the award ceremony.
It's worth noting that this is Salah's third time receiving this accolade in his career. Previously, the FWA named him Footballer of the Year in 2018 and 2022. The only other player to have claimed this honor three times is Thierry Henry. Should Salah shine again next season, he could become the first ever to win a record fourth award.
As a reminder, in the current Premier League season, Mohamed Salah has netted 28 goals and provided 18 assists in 37 matches.
