Wirtz leaning towards Liverpool move. There are three reasons why

Bayer Leverkusen star Florian Wirtz has become the top transfer target for Europe's elite clubs when it comes to the 'Pharmacists' squad. But it appears the midfielder has already made up his mind.

Details: According to TEAMtalk, money isn't the main factor for Wirtz—what matters to him is a project where he can win multiple trophies. Liverpool is believed to perfectly match Wirtz's ambitions.

The Reds are also favored by the fact that Bayer are more willing to sell Wirtz abroad rather than strengthen a Bundesliga rival, with Bayern Munich also in the race for the midfielder.

Reminder: Previously, it was reported that Manchester City dropped out of the race for Wirtz due to the hefty transfer fee, while soon-to-be Real Madrid head coach Xabi Alonso wants to bring the midfielder to Santiago Bernabeu.
