Sacked Phuti Mohafe breaks silence on his Marumo Gallants departure

Phuthi Mohafe has broken his silence on his departure from Marumo Gallants.

Mohafe was let go by the North West side last week following a string of poor results and he has since been replaced by Namibian-born coach Ronnie Kanalelo.

“I don’t know how to put it, but I can say it was a hectic week for me,” Mohafe told iDiski Times.

“And with whatever that has transpired last week, I wasn’t that… How can I say this? I didn’t expect that news because of the timing of the season and the matches that we played."

Gallants face Orlando Pirates in a Betway Premiership match where they will expected to show signs of improvement under the gaffer.
