Details: Cristiano Ronaldo has been named in Al-Nassr's starting lineup for tonight's Saudi Pro League clash against Al-Ettifaq. The Portuguese superstar will feature from the opening whistle as Ange Postecoglou's side looks to continue its perfect start to the championship.
The match in Dammam is part of the third round of the 2026/27 Saudi Pro League season. Al-Nassr entered the game with two wins from their opening two league fixtures, scoring seven goals and conceding none.
Ronaldo had missed the opening league victory over Al-Fateh, but returned against Al-Riyadh and immediately got on the scoresheet as Al-Nassr claimed a convincing 4-0 away win. His inclusion from the first minute against Al-Ettifaq therefore marks another step in his return to full competitive rhythm.
The 41-year-old will once again be surrounded by a star-studded attacking group that includes João Félix, Sadio Mané and Kingsley Coman. It is worth noting that Ronaldo's latest goal against Al-Riyadh was the 977th official goal of his career, leaving him just 23 short of the symbolic 1,000-goal mark.
