Ronaldo brought his mother to tears by visiting her for her birthday and giving an expensive gift

The legendary Portuguese figure, Cristiano Ronaldo, spared no expense in celebrating his mother, Maria Dolores Aveiro's 69th birthday on New Year's Eve. Ronaldo gifted her a brand new Porsche Cayenne, a gesture that deeply moved her to tears.

Amidst the night, Ronaldo flew from Saudi Arabia to visit his mother. He made every effort to reach Madeira for New Year's and celebrate his mother's birthday on December 31st. Subsequently, his sister, Katia Aveiro, shared photos on social media, revealing Ronaldo's gift of the new car to their mother.

Katia also praised her brother for his kindness and wrote on Instagram Stories:

"If she's happy, it's because her son remembers her, not because of the value of the gift. Respect your father, your mother, and your days on Earth will be long."

Ronaldo can now relish a brief football hiatus, spending time with his family, as Al-Nassr takes a break until early February before their AFC Champions League game against Al-Fayha. The Portuguese concluded the previous year with 54 goals, the highest tally among all footballers.
