Real ready to sign Vitinha from PSG if Vinicius leaves the club
Real Madrid does not plan to make many transfers this winter, as the club aims to focus on retaining its current squad. However, come summer, the Spanish giants are eyeing a marquee signing: PSG midfielder Vitinha.
Details: According to Spanish journalist Héctor González, should Vinicius be sold, Real Madrid would receive at least €100 million, which could be allocated toward acquiring Vitinha. This move is considered a priority to bolster the midfield, and the Portuguese star's transfer from PSG could happen in the summer window.
Additionally, the club believes that the transfer of Nico Paz to Los Blancos is all but confirmed. Real Madrid expects the young talent to strengthen the team's attacking options and become a promising asset for the coming seasons.
It is worth recalling that Al-Ittihad director Ramon Planes stated that Vinicius could end up playing in the Saudi Pro League.
For the record, this season Vitinha has featured in 23 matches for PSG across all competitions, netting five goals and providing eight assists. Transfermarkt currently values the Portuguese midfielder at €110 million.
Reminder: Liverpool plans to loan PSG striker Gonçalo Ramos until Alexander Isak returns to action.
