Former Juventus and Sampdoria forward Fabio Quagliarella, in a conversation with reporters, answered a question about what he will do after retiring as a footballer.

As you know, the 40-year-old player has recently announced that he was quitting his playing career.

Now, according to Quagliarella, he wants to concentrate on something else.

“I will no longer play, I realized that I no longer have the strength and desire. Now I have free time to do business,” Quagliarella said, as reported by ITASportPress.

Fabio Quagliarella ended his football career with Sampdoria, which plays in Serie B.

Throughout his career, Quagliarella made a total of 556 appearances in Serie A, scoring 182 goals and providing 53 assists. He played the most matches with Sampdoria (293), where he scored 106 goals and made 27 assists.

He also became Italian champion three times and won the Italian Super Cup twice, all of which he won while playing for Juventus.
