French champions Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) are looking to extend their partnership with the team's head coach, Luis Enrique.

According to Le Parisien, negotiations between the two parties have yet to begin, but the club hopes to reach an agreement with the coach during the course of this season.

It's reported that the Spanish coach sees himself staying in Paris beyond June 2025, when his current contract expires. The club, on the other hand, is interested in keeping him for a longer period than the initial two-year agreement.

This sets the stage for a potential contract extension during this season.

Earlier, it was reported that Manchester United had reached an agreement to loan a PSG midfielder.
