Manchester United has been working diligently to bolster their midfield ahead of the new season, and they have finally succeeded.
According to insider Nicolo Schira, the "Red Devils" have reached an agreement with PSG for the loan transfer of defensive midfielder Manuel Ugarte. He will join Manchester United on loan with an obligation to buy. The player's contract will run until the summer of 2029, with an option to extend for an additional year.
It is worth noting that, a week before the transfer window closes, Manchester United plans to sign a new left-back, and the club is exploring various options to strengthen this position.
It was revealed yesterday that Manchester United also has the option to sign Ben Chilwell, who is no longer in Chelsea’s plans.
Additionally, Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay has attracted interest from Napoli, but, as reported by the Daily Mail, the clubs have yet to reach an agreement.
