Protest expected ahead of England match due to incident involving teenage girl and transgender

On the 17 November, England will host Ireland in the fifth round of League B in the UEFA Nations League, but tension is already brewing ahead of the game.

Details: According to the Daily Mail, police anticipate a protest from several hundred women before the match.

The protest is in response to the suspension of a teenage girl who, during a recent game, asked her transgender, bearded opponent, “Are you a man?”

The protesters argue that transgender individuals should not participate in women’s football and will demand that the girl’s suspension be lifted.
