Pep Guardiola shares family photo with son from Legends Trophy tournament

Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola took a brief break from football to participate in the Legends Trophy golf tournament. At the event, he rubbed shoulders with numerous football icons and spent quality time with his family—Pep posted a photo with his son on his personal Instagram page.

Guardiola shared a snapshot posing alongside his son, Màrius. The photo carries a simple, heartfelt caption: “FAMILY.”

For the record, Màrius Guardiola was born in 2003 and is now 22 years old. In addition to his son, Pep and his wife Cristina Serra have two daughters: 25-year-old Maria and 17-year-old Valentina.

It’s worth recalling that Guardiola's marriage to Cristina Serra is currently on the brink of divorce. News of their separation surfaced back in January. Reports indicated that Cristina had long been concerned about Pep devoting almost all his attention to work and spending little time with the family. So, after he decided to extend his contract with City, she announced her intention to seek a divorce.

Guardiola and Serra tied the knot in 2014, but their relationship goes back over 30 years, all the way to 1994.
