Olisah Ndah is under assessment at Betway Premiership side Stellenbosch FC as he tries his option after leaving Orlando Pirates last week
Olisah Ndah may join Stellenbosch FC as a free agent.
The former Orlando Pirates defender is under assessment at the Cape Winelands club with the view of signing.
Ndah became a free agent last week when his deal at Pirates was terminated by mutual consent.
Speculation linked him with a club in Libya but it turned out that the player has not signed in North Africa.
Now, the Nigerian-born defender is under assessment at Gavin Hunt’s Stellenbosch side who lost 3-0 to AS Otoho on Sunday in a Caf Confederation Cup match.
Perhaps, the defeat in Congo-Brazzaville might have made Hunt want to still bolster his defence with some experience.
Signing Ndah may boost Stellies as they have already brought Mosa Lebusa from Mamelodi Sundowns in the just ended transfer window.
Ndah made 81 appearances for the Sea Robbers and displayed his quality whenever given a chance but his stay at Pirates was punctuated by injuries which hampered his progress at the club.
