Milan and Italy legend Alessandro Nesta has officially taken the helm as the head coach of Monza.
The club made the announcement via their official social media platform, X (formerly Twitter).
Nesta replaces Raffaele Palladino as Monza's head coach, with Palladino moving on to lead Fiorentina in place of Vincenzo Italiano.
This marks Nesta's debut coaching experience in Serie A. Last season, he coached Reggiana in Serie B, following stints with Perugia and Frosinone.
Monza finished 12th in the top-tier Italian division in the 2023/24 season.
Earlier, Monza's General Manager confirmed the transfer of Serie A's best goalkeeper to Juventus.
