As previously anticipated, Monza's primary goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio will transfer to Juventus this summer. Monza's General Director Adriano Galliani confirmed the goalkeeper's departure.
“Michele Di Gregorio will likely leave this summer. That is the initial plan,” Galliani told Sky Italia.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Di Gregorio will move to Juventus for €18 million plus €2 million in add-ons. He will become the new first-choice goalkeeper for the team, replacing Wojciech Szczęsny, who is attracting interest from Al-Nassr.
Di Gregorio was named the best goalkeeper in Serie A last season. In 33 league matches, he conceded only 37 goals and kept 14 clean sheets.
It is worth noting that Juventus finished third in Serie A, and from the new season, the team will be coached by Thiago Motta.
