The London club has officially secured the long-term future of its head coach by agreeing a major new deal with the manager.

Details: Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has officially extended his contract with the club until June 2030. The Gunners’ press office announced the news.

The deal, whose details had been widely discussed in the sports media in recent weeks, has now received official confirmation from the club’s hierarchy. The 44-year-old manager and key members of his coaching staff will remain at the Emirates for another four seasons. The revised agreement includes a significant pay rise for the coach, reflecting his status as one of the leading tacticians in modern football.

Under Arteta’s leadership, the capital club has firmly restored its status as a regular title contender and is performing with confidence in the UEFA Champions League, prompting the club’s chiefs to do everything possible to retain the manager.

It is worth noting that Mikel Arteta has been Arsenal’s head coach since December 2019. During his time in charge, he has led the team to the FA Cup and two Community Shield triumphs, as well as guiding the Gunners to Premier League glory twice.
