Spain and Croatia are playing their first match of the group stage of Euro 2024 in Berlin.

After the 30th minute, the Spaniards scored three goals against the "checkered" team, turning the second half into a formality. One of the goals was scored by Alvaro Morata, who is wearing the captain's armband in this match.

For the 31-year-old forward, this goal became his seventh in the final stages of the European Championships. With this achievement, Morata has now equaled legendary English striker Alan Shearer and Frenchman Antoine Griezmann. Ahead of them are only Michel Platini with nine goals and Cristiano Ronaldo, who has scored 14 goals.

Last season, Morata played for Atletico Madrid and scored 21 goals in 48 matches. In the summer, the striker could change teams and is close to wearing the Juventus jersey for the third time.
