Mohamed Salah Believes Liverpool Has a Strong Chance for Double Titles This Season

Egyptian star Mohamed Salah has expressed optimism about Liverpool’s chances to clinch both the Premier League and Champions League titles in the 2024-2025 season. After receiving Liverpool’s Player of the Month award for October, Salah shared his excitement, saying, “It’s a great feeling when the team shines and wins. That’s the most important thing, I wouldn’t be happy if I played well and the team didn’t win. We hope to keep this momentum and win our matches.”

Salah emphasized that Liverpool and its fans deserve a constant fight for titles, adding, “A club like Liverpool and its fans deserve this dedication. We have a good chance at both the Premier League and Champions League.”

Now eighth on the all time Premier League scoring list with 164 goals, surpassing Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler’s 163, the 32-year-old Salah said, “It means a lot to me, especially as a winger, it’s a tougher challenge to score while managing defensive duties.”

Proud of his achievements, Salah concluded, “I’m very proud of my numbers and hope to keep climbing.”
