A friendly match between two MLS clubs, Inter Miami and Orlando City, took place at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.

For Lionel Messi, this was his first game after being one of the standout figures at the Super Bowl last weekend, where the Argentine legend attended alongside fellow football stars.

The match entertained fans with four goals and ended in a 2-2 draw. Inter Miami's goals came from Tadeo Allende, assisted by Luis Suárez, and Fafà Picault, while Orlando City responded with goals from Martín Ojeda and Ramiro Enrique.

This was Inter Miami’s final preseason match ahead of the new North American campaign. The team remained unbeaten in preparation games, securing four wins—two via penalty shootouts—and one draw.

Messi featured in all four preseason matches. He started today’s game but failed to register any goal contributions. The 37-year-old Argentine played more than 60 minutes in each friendly but managed to score in only two of them.

Inter Miami will kick off its competitive season on February 19, facing Sporting Kansas City in the Concacaf Champions Cup, followed by its MLS opener against New York City FC on February 22.
