Massimiliano Allegri dreams of resuming his coaching career with the Italian national team

Giovanni Galeone, a close friend of Massimiliano Allegri, has revealed where the latter wishes to resume his coaching career.

According to Galeone, Allegri does not want to work in Saudi Arabia or England; he dreams of managing the Italian national team.

"Allegri has earned a lot throughout his career, so his next choice will undoubtedly not depend on the money he will make. Allegri dreams of the Italian national team, and perhaps one day he will lead it," said Galeone.

Allegri was dismissed from Juventus at the end of last season and subsequently terminated his contract with the Bianconeri by mutual consent, leaving him now in search of a new job.

The Italian coach has been linked with numerous roles, including positions in the Saudi Pro League and the English Premier League, which would have offered lucrative salaries.
