Manchester City set to trigger Ghanaian winger Antoine Semenyo's release clause in January
Manchester City are considering signing Antoine Semenyo as early as the winter transfer window.
Details: According to journalist Paul Joice, the Manchester club is ready to activate the player's £65 million release clause.
Semenyo started the Premier League season on fire before his momentum slowed slightly, but the Ghana international still boasts an impressive record for Bournemouth this season. He has featured in thirteen matches across all competitions for the English club, scoring six goals and providing three assists, helping Bournemouth stay close to the top half of the table.
Transfermarkt values him at €55 million, while his release clause is set at €65 million.
