Manchester City running late for pre-match press conference after long flight
On Wednesday, 10 December, Real Madrid and Manchester City face off in the UEFA Champions League. A pre-match press conference was scheduled for the day before, but the representatives of the English club have yet to arrive.
Details: According to Jack Gaughan, Manchester City’s delegation is still in the air en route to Madrid. Journalists have already gathered in the Spanish capital for the press conference, but the English side has not landed yet. Bernardo Silva and Pep Guardiola are expected to speak to the media.
The match between Real Madrid and Manchester City will take place at the Santiago Bernabéu on Wednesday, 10 December, kicking off at 21:00 CET.
Earlier, we reported that Real Madrid must defeat Manchester City — only then will Xabi Alonso remain the head coach of the Royal Club.
Reminder: The husband of a current CTA representative in the RFEF ran onto the pitch to confront the referees after the Real–Celta match.
