Mamelodi Sundowns suspend performance analyst ahead of their Caf Champions League tie against MC Alger as Sundowns hopes for a knockout stage spot

Mamelodi Sundowns have suspended their performance analyst Mario Masha.

Masha, has been alleged to have leaked the club’s information on their training sessions and other general football related information ahead of the Caf Champions League tie against ST ELoi Lupopo on weekend.

This was revealed by head coach Miguel Cardoso after the 1-1 draw in Lubumbashi.

“We hope that on the day of the match we have a full stadium to support the team, and nothing more. I hope the opponent doesn’t guess or know how we are going to play. I hope that is controlled so we can make it a fair game from our side,” said the Portuguese mentor.

This weekend Sundowns face Algerian giants in MC Alger who are coached by their former man in Rulani Mokwena.

It will be a highly anticipated match as it may end Sundowns’ hopes of a Caf Champions League knockout stage should it end in a loss.
