Details: According to ParisMatch, 29-year-old French PSG defender Lucas Hernandez and his girlfriend Victoria Triay have been officially charged with human trafficking and illegal employment.
The Versailles prosecutor's office opened a criminal case after a complaint from a family who, from September 2024 to November 2025, worked for Lucas Hernandez in various roles: security guard, cook, housekeeper, nanny, and several other odd jobs.
According to the victims, Lucas Hernandez and Victoria Triay forced them to work between 72 and 84 hours per week without a proper labor contract, which constitutes a serious violation of the law. The affected family considers the work hours excessive and unfair.
Currently, the Versailles prosecutor's office is clarifying all the details of the case, and no preventive measures have yet been imposed on Lucas Hernandez or his girlfriend.
