Details: The official X page (formerly Twitter) published the squad list for this fixture. Defensive midfielder Rodri, who had been sidelined since suffering an injury back in October 2024, is back in the matchday squad.
Earlier reports stated that the Citizens intend to sign a new contract with the Spanish midfielder this summer. With the potential departure of Kevin De Bruyne looming, the club simply cannot afford to part ways with several key players at once.
