Liverpool target to replace Klopp confirms he is ready to move to another club

After Jurgen Klopp announced his decision to leave Liverpool at the end of the current season, the club began the search for his replacement. Initially, the Reds had their sights set on Bayer Leverkusen's manager, Xabi Alonso. However, the Spanish coach himself refuted such speculation, stating that he would remain in charge of the "pharmacists" for at least another season.

Subsequently, Liverpool was linked with the manager of Portuguese club Sporting, Ruben Amorim. Besides the English club, Barcelona and Bayern Munich also showed interest in him.

Amorim himself commented on the rumors of his possible departure and did not rule out the possibility of changing clubs in the summer. When asked if he would stay at Sporting next season, he replied:

"No, I cannot guarantee that.

Sporting is planning its future, and I cannot make a decision just because I gave my word. I can no longer say that if we don't win titles, I will leave Sporting.

That was clear from the beginning. I believe it's important to convey this idea to my players, so we must win.

First, we will win titles, and then we will decide everything; it's not a problem. The future has long been planned, and as a structure, we outline all situations, everything we want for the next season. That's the main reason why I can't guarantee I'll stay."

The question remains open as to which club Ruben Amorim would prefer if he leaves Sporting. At least three European giants are interested in him.
