Liverpool could join the race for Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic as early as January.

Details: According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the chances of the Serbian forward remaining at the Turin club are minimal, and Liverpool is among the contenders for his signature. The Reds' interest may be driven by their attacking personnel issues. After Alexander Isak's injury, the club is considering strengthening its frontline this winter, rather than waiting for the summer and the possibility of a free transfer.

Vlahovic's contract with Juventus expires in six months, making him an extremely attractive option on the transfer market. The 25-year-old striker has already netted 90 goals in Serie A, playing for both Fiorentina and Juventus.

Previously, Tottenham, Chelsea, Everton, and West Ham were all linked with Vlahovic, but now Liverpool has joined the list. The Italian newspaper reports that the Merseysiders are among several Premier League clubs considering a move for the Serbian international.

Liverpool's management is taking into account their experience with Federico Chiesa. The Italian, who joined from Juventus in 2024, has yet to become a key player under Arne Slot and receives limited game time in the Premier League. There are concerns that Vlahovic may face similar difficulties adapting.

It's worth noting that this season, the Serbian has made seventeen appearances for the Bianconeri across all competitions, scoring six goals and providing two assists. Transfermarkt currently values him at €35 million.

Reminder: Juventus wants to sign Newcastle midfielder Sandro Tonali.
