Liverpool head coach reveals whether he is expecting more new transfers

Today marks the closing of the transfer window in Europe, and so far, Liverpool has made just one signing – Federico Chiesa from Juventus.

Liverpool's head coach, Arne Slot, shared his thoughts on whether he expects any more signings from the club today.

"“I'm not expecting anything… but if we see an opportunity we could act”" Slot stated.

It's also worth noting that Liverpool purchased goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili from Valencia, but he will only join the team in the summer of 2025, spending this season on loan at Valencia.

Arne Slot's team has started the Premier League season with victories over Ipswich and Brentford. On Sunday, September 1st, Liverpool will face Manchester United.
