Lesedi Kapinga is the latest player to join Orbit College as the Betway Premiership side bolsters its squad in their bid to preserve their PSL status
Lesedi Kapinga has signed for Orbit College.
The Betway Premiership newcomers have been bolstering their team with experienced campaigners who include Surprise Ralani, Cyil Chibwe and Ramahlwe Mphahlele to mention three.
Now the former Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns man joins Orbit College having last played at Sekhukhune United.
“I can officially confirm to you that Kapinga has signed with us until the end of the season, with an option to renew,” the club’s general manager, Matome Kganakga, told Soccerladuma.
Kapinga may face his former club Sekhukhune United on Sunday as his first match for Orbit in a PSL game as the player tries to resuscitate his ailing career.
Orbit College are second from bottom of the PSL standings and are looking to move away from the relegation quagmire.
The arrival of a player of Kapinga’s calibre and experience may boost those chances.
