Kylian Mbappé commented on his first match and trophy with Real Madrid

Real Madrid convincingly defeated Atalanta in the UEFA Super Cup match held on Wednesday, August 14.

The "Merengues" scored two goals, one of which was netted by their new signing, Kylian Mbappé. After the game, the Frenchman commented on his debut and his first trophy with Real.

"Everyone knows how much playing for Real means to me. It’s just an incredible feeling. When you say Real, you say trophies. This is the best club in the world," said Kylian.

Mbappé has signed a contract with Real Madrid until the summer of 2029. His previous club was PSG, which he left as a free agent.

The forward spent seven seasons with the Parisian club, becoming the all-time top scorer for Paris Saint-Germain with 256 goals in 307 matches.

Real Madrid's central midfielder Eduardo Camavinga sustained an injury during training ahead of the UEFA Super Cup match against Atalanta. Today, it was revealed how long Real Madrid will be without the Frenchman.
