The star midfielder has been left out of the squad for the upcoming match.
Details: Today, Monaco's official page on X published the squad list traveling to Madrid for the Champions League Matchday 7 fixture against Real, but there was no spot for Monaco’s 32-year-old marquee signing Paul Pogba.

Reports indicate that Pogba will miss the Real Madrid fixture as he hasn’t managed to recover from the ankle injury he suffered in late December, which has already sidelined him for five matches. Monaco previously expressed hope that Pogba would be fit in time, but it has now been confirmed that they cannot count on him for this crucial encounter.
Pogba joined Monaco this summer as a free agent after leaving Juventus due to a lengthy suspension. The Frenchman has managed to appear in just three matches for Les Monégasques before being sidelined with the ankle injury. He is yet to register a goal or assist for Monaco.
Currently, Monaco sit 19th in the overall Champions League table with 9 points to their name.
Reminder: Unsuccessful run. Monaco match an unwanted record that had stood since 2018
