Inter has announced the extension of contracts for two important players

Inter has officially extended partnerships with two Italian national team defenders – Federico Dimarco and Matteo Darmian.

The new deal for 26-year-old Dimarco is set to run until June 2027. As for the 34-year-old Darmian, his contract has been extended until the summer of 2025.

Dimarco emerged from the club's youth ranks and has solidified his position in the Nerazzurri's first team since 2021. In the current season, the versatile defender has featured in 21 matches across all competitions, contributing three goals and five assists.

Darmian joined Inter in the 2020, arriving from Parma initially on loan. By June 2021, the Nerazzurri secured the player's contract for 3.5 million euros. In the ongoing season, the Milan native has appeared in 23 matches across various competitions, registering one assist.

In the near future, Inter also plans to extend contracts with Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Lautaro Martinez. Earlier reports suggested that the Milanese club had reached an agreement with Napoli's key midfielder.
