The 17-year-old Canadian swimmer Summer McIntosh won her third gold medal at the Paris Olympics with a new record.

The young talented athlete excelled in the women's 200m individual medley.

Earlier, McIntosh won gold in the 400m individual medley. In the 200m butterfly, the Canadian also set an Olympic record. McIntosh also claimed a silver medal in the 400m freestyle.

The American swimmer Kate Douglass took second place. The bronze medal went to Kaylee McKeown from Australia.
