"I'm not going anywhere" - Gabriel Jesus speaks out on his future at Arsenal
Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus has opened up about his future at the London club.
Details: According to the Brazilian, as reported by renowned insider Fabrizio Romano, he feels he hasn't yet achieved everything he set out to do at Arsenal. His goals and objectives with the club remain unfinished, so for now he has no intention of leaving.
"I feel like I have unfinished business at Arsenal, and I don't want to leave. We can awaken the sleeping beast. With this manager and this team, we're really capable of great things. I trust in my football and in God's plan," said Jesus.
As a reminder, the Brazilian has not played for Arsenal since January 2025, when he suffered a cruciate ligament rupture in an FA Cup match against Manchester United. In the game against Brugge, Jesus stepped onto the pitch for the first time in 11 months, and later contributed to the victory over Wolverhampton in the Premier League.
Jesus's contract with the Gunners runs until the summer of 2027. Transfermarkt currently values him at €20 million.
Recall: Arsenal forward Kai Havertz has suffered a recurrence of his injury and will be sidelined for several more weeks.
