"I have faith in him": Fowler praises Slot's work at Liverpool

With the end of Jürgen Klopp’s era at Liverpool, many fans were anxious about the future of their beloved team. However, Arne Slot, Klopp’s successor, has given little reason for concern, as the Reds currently lead both the Premier League and the Champions League. Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler shares the optimism.

Details: The former Liverpool forward stated that, while it’s still early to make definitive judgments, he is pleased with the team’s performances under Slot’s leadership.

Quote: "Slot inherited a very strong team, and he’s already shown his own style. It’s clear the team is different from last year’s, so I have a lot of faith in him as Liverpool’s manager at the moment.

He trusts the players and has demonstrated an incredible start, which we are enjoying right now. I like his approach—he’s very methodical and adapts well to the Premier League environment. He knows what needs to be done to win matches, and while it might seem like it’s coming easy to him, it’s simply because he’s making the right decisions.

I understand he’s just at the beginning of his journey, and it’s too early to draw conclusions, but I think everyone is very happy with how things are going for the team. As a Liverpool fan, I can only wish him to continue this way for as long as possible," Fowler said in an interview with Setanta Sports.

Reminder: Slot himself expressed dissatisfaction with his team’s performance in their recent match against Girona.
