Former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua commented on his victory over Otto Wallin at the boxing event in Saudi Arabia.

The Briton held a significant advantage over the Swede and won the fight prematurely, in the 5th round.

"Throughout the buildup, I was telling everyone I had to focus on the man in front of me. Not so much a throwback fight but another day at the office. The corner plays a big role so the fighter can fight another day.

I'm on a journey, and I'm going to stay focused. I don't celebrate when we win these fights. I celebrate when I win the titles. I'm searching for greatness, and Ben Davison is a really good addition to my team," Joshua said. "They have helped me develop in a short space of time." Joshua said in the ring afterward.

In the main bout in Saudi Arabia, American Deontay Wilder (43–2–1, 42 KOs) lost to New Zealander Joseph Parker (33–3, 23 KOs) by a unanimous decision (111–118, 110–118, 108–120).

Following his win against Wallin, Joshua also reacted to Wilder's defeat and discussed the possibility of another fight between them in the future, considering Deontay's loss.
