Huge discount. Manchester City sets price tag for Grealish

Manchester City is on the verge of parting ways with Jack Grealish and has already set the player's price—just 40 million euros. That's nearly three times less than the record-breaking 117 million the club paid for him in 2021.
According to The Sun, the decision to sell the player is linked to Grealish being left out of the squad for the FIFA Club World Cup, which is kicking off in the United States in the coming days. This omission has sent alarm bells ringing: City no longer sees him in their future plans, and the management has given the player time to consider his next career move.
Grealish is reportedly attracting interest from Aston Villa, Newcastle, Everton, West Ham, as well as Atlético and Napoli. Jack is under contract until the summer of 2027, and his weekly salary exceeds 300,000 euros.
